That’s why we have allocated the resources to provide a full time Process Improvement Manager to help us lead this effort. Proven practices and consistent follow through procedures insure that quality processes are implemented and followed every time.
ISO Quality Standards
Andrea Witter started her career with Midwest in June of 2006. Since then, Andrea has held positions of increasing responsibility from her days as an administrative assistant, to customer service representative, account coordinator, and director of customer service. These positions allowed her to work closely with Midwest’s clients to understand their business drivers, challenges, and needs. This perspective distinctly influences her current role as Process Improvement Manager because she understands how to focus her activities on areas that directly translate to value for the customer. Her thorough nature and desire for quality have made Andrea a valuable member of the team, a distinction that led to her being named the Midwest Employee of the Year in 2014.
In preparation for her role as Process Improvement Manager, Andrea completed an intensive ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training course. Through this program, Andrea received certificates of attainment in the areas of Quality Management Systems, Management Systems Auditing, as well as Leading Management Systems Audit Teams. Andrea’s training, along with her analytical thinking skills and natural ability to understand our customers, have made her the ideal candidate to take the lead in running our quality management system. Andrea attended the University of Toledo where she was a member of the academic Honors Program and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2004 with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
